We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.

Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, is recruiting for 2025 Summer Interns. The Interns will work under the direction of the Project Manager or Estimator and work with other experienced construction professionals with hands-on construction management.

Summary: Interns will work under the direction of an assigned project manager, field manager or Chief Estimator, and work with other experienced construction professionals with hands-on construction management. Intern assignment may be at a job site or in office depending on the needs of Company and Intern’s experience and performance trajectory.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be in a current degree program
Pursing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Must be available the duration of the co-op, i.e. summer, spring, etc.
Must have strong analytical and communication skills
Must have strong and detailed written communication skills
Availability for travel on an as needed basis is a plus
Must have the ability to read, and interpret building plans
