Job Summary/Purpose
The Finance Clerk supports Accounts Payable and Payroll functions through clerical and accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. The role provides backup coverage for AR Posting and ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
· Process and reconcile Accounts Payable, including printing checks and credit card payments.
· Assist with payroll-related clerical functions.
· Review vendor statements and address payment discrepancies.
· Maintain organized departmental files and documentation.
· Perform petty cash audits and daily cash reconciliations.
· Provide backup coverage for AR Posting Clerk functions.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and bank deposits.

Required Education
· High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
