We are seeking an organized, proactive Customer Service Representative to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting our customers and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business—coordinating projects, improving processes, supporting customers, and helping a small team stay organized and effective. The right person will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily operational activities between office staff, production, and sales.
Track projects, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure tasks move forward.
Assist with internal process improvements and documentation.
Support management with operational reporting and organization.
Customer Support & Order Coordination
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order questions.
Help coordinate orders, timelines, and communication with customers.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for customers and partners.
Assist with resolving customer issues or service needs.
Sales & Account Support
Support the sales team with administrative coordination and follow-up.
Help track customer communications, opportunities, and key accounts.
Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and customer outreach when needed.
Help maintain CRM and customer records.
Team & Administrative Support
Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communication.
Support onboarding and training coordination for staff when needed.
Assist with general office organization and operational support.
Help ensure departments stay aligned on priorities and timelines.
