Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities. Full-time Mon-Fri 7:30 am- 3:30 pm. Supervise the Work Services Supervisors, Work Services Floor Supervisors and General Laborers.  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Accredited high school diploma or equivalent. Physically be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. for a distance of 15 -20 feet.  2 years production related experience; 1 year of management experience required.
