We are looking for a proactive Dental Office Manager to lead our dental administrative operations and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental services.
The Dental Office Manager will oversee all administrative aspects of our dental clinic, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care. This role requires a combination of managerial skills and dental industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the dental clinic, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and billing.
- Supervise and train front office staff, dental assistants, and other administrative personnel.
- Ensure compliance with dental board regulations and maintain standards of patient care.
- Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handle patient billing and liaise with insurance companies to manage claims and payments.
- Maintain dental office inventory and order dental supplies while managing budget constraints.
- Implement and refine office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve patient issues and enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Prepare operational reports and analysis for senior management.
