The Housing Repairperson will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment complexes located in Corydon, New Salisbury, Palmyra and Salem. Full time position working 37.5 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday, on-call evenings and every other weekend. Duties include, but not limited to, maintaining properties, keeping them safe and sanitary. Ensuring work order requests are completed on a timely basis. Prepare all vacant units for new tenants. Comply with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
