Harrison Memorial Hospital is a regional medical facility nestled in the heart of Kentucky. HMH is an independent, not-for-profit hospital, founded in 1906.
We’re licensed by the state of Kentucky to operate 61 beds, and we’re certified by Medicare/Medicaid. We’re a member in good standing with the following agencies, and we meet or exceed their standards for quality:

Work closely with the CEO, and senior team to scale daily operations that demonstrate the mission, core values, and caring philosophy of the hospital. Responsible for the managing hospital operations, ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, community, and staff, collaboratively works with members of the hospital board, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary hospital leaders in planning, promoting, and developing high quality, cost effective and integrated programs. Build, develop, and lead the team of high-performing professionals to support functional management and teams across the business. Identify and implement innovative technologies to scale operational processes that drive and sustain organizational growth. Aid in key projects and initiatives to drive process improvement and deliver deeper insights on critical business goals. Areas of Responsibility include, Cardiorespiratory Services, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, Security. This position has accountability for the delivery of care, financial performance, quality monitoring and improvement, compliance and advancing the mission and business integrity of Harrison Memorial Hospital.
