Prosoft is seeking candidates for a QA Analyst role with our client in Louisville, Kentucky.

This is a direct-hire position open to local candidates in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office per week.
Our client is only able to hire candidates with Green Card or US Citizenship status and they are unable to provide work sponsorship at this time.
This role is not open to C2C candidates

Position Responsibilities:

Utilize various tools and technologies to conduct automated and manual testing.
Work with QA team members to develop and execute test plans and automation testing scripts.
Document software defects and bugs identified during testing.
Collaborate closely with BA’s and Software Engineers to successfully meet goals and deployment schedules for each sprint.
Take part in post-deployment testing during production releases.

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance roles, including experience in both Manual and Automated testing.
Ability and willingness to work in an environment requiring a combination of Manual and Automation testing, and supporting team’s efforts toward increased automation testing
Hands-on working experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on various projects simultaneously.
Experience with cross-browser testing and testing on various web and mobile devices
Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
