Med-Dyne is seeking a Full Time highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Office Manager. Med-Dyne manufactures and sells biofeedback devices for monitoring infants, brain, heart, and respiration. The Med-Dyne office and manufacturing facility is located off of University of Louisville’s campus

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests from the President. Managing sales staff and responsible for identifying and developing business relationships within targeted hospitals and health care facilities:
1. Ability to identifying decision makers within a health care organization, with an emphasis on top target customers.
2. Developing and delivering product presentations to customers outlining products, features, and benefits.
3. Continually assess the customer base to identify new leads and opportunities
4. Ability to effectively follow through on sales leads

The ideal applicant should have a working knowledge of web site design and the ability to update and maintain the Med-Dyne web site.
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, contacting customers, and scheduling meetings.
Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Manage all daily office activities and resolve any situations with efficiency.

6. Proficient in Excel with experience in creating spreadsheets with numerous sets of data
Additional Information/Benefits
Education and Experience:
• 5-7 years experience providing support at the executive level and managing a staffed office; proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. A College or Bachelors Degree is required.
Knowledge:
• Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
