Job Summary:

Our company is looking for a Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to complete general office administration duties. This is a short-term assignment, so you must be willing to commit to the entire duration. Our ideal candidate can complete data entry, scanning, organize file systems, and answer phones in a timely and professional manner.  We do expect you to have strong typing and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete receptionist and office administration duties, including onboarding, scanning documents, and performing data entry.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Organize employee files systems using a computer and a copy machine.
  • Communicate with clients as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic Human Resource knowledge preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Proficiency in Outlook and related Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to adapt to office environment.
  • Maintains orderly files.
  • Typing skills
  • Presents proper phone and communication etiquette. 
  • Attention to detail
Education Requirements (Any)
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
Associate Degree with related experience
