Rauch's FNC Day Program is hiring a Direct Support Professional. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to Individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program setting.  Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.

Qualified candidates will preferably (but are not required to) hold a high school diploma or equivalent. The DSP must have a valid driver’s license. Computer skills and good written and oral communication skills are a must.  Experience is not required but preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

Location: New Albany, IN

$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position.  Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week for the Sign-on Bonus.
