Starting wages: $15.44 hourly. Independence Heights. Will direct operation of a housing complex for low-moderate income families, welfare recipients, or other eligible individuals. Will develop and implement plans for administration of the complex and procedures for making housing assignments and plan a preventive maintenance schedule. Will review occupancy reports to ensure that applications, selection of residents, and assignment of dwelling units are in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Will promote harmonious relations among residents, housing complex staff, and the community. Will coordinate resident services, provide case management support, and act as liaison between families, the community, and service providers. Working 22.5 hours per week. 

An Associate degree with related experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
