ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take complete responsibility for scheduled hours and, if necessary, follow the appropriate substitute procedures
Be on deck 15 minutes prior to class to greet participants; get all equipment set up before class time begins and put away after classes
Work as a team member

3. Ability to continuously scan all areas of the pool with clear vision.
4. Ability to communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations.
5. Must be able to remain in water for long periods of time.
