This job reports to the Account Manager.

This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.

Job Skills/Requirements
As the Facilities Account Manager, your primary challenge will be to execute 4M’s services with consistency. The Facilities Account Manager is responsible for supervising, coaching, and training janitorial workers, floor techs, and additional team members. They are the main point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills are a must. Education Requirements
- Preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent
